No But – I can tell you my classic vehicle which receives about 6000 miles a year currently is $48.XX a year to register, but it is registered as a classic and requires a 5 year payment and registration which is around $250.00 for the 5 years. With the new Fees/TAX (Although a tax on vehicle registration is deductable on state tax returns) the registration would be $500.00 and I believe if I sell the vehicle lets say in 2 years after the 5 years registration – none of the registration fees are refundable. Ritter is Like Obama idea man Poor implementation and implications passes the bill figure out how it impact latter or how to get anything done for that matter. I vote for passing a law on No fees without voter approval
